Shipping Coverage
The current Shipping Policy defines the terms and conditions of shipping and delivery of products received from Rajeshwaranand Yog Shala Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as the Company, we, our, us).
1. Order Processing
- Any orders placed with the Company can be confirmed and subject to product availability.
- When an order is placed successfully and payment confirmed, an email confirmation of the order shall be dispatched to the registered mail.
- Items are usually delivered in 24-48 working hours without Sundays and national holidays.
2. Shipping Confirmation
- A shipping confirmation email with or without tracking details where necessary shall be sent within 24 hours of order processing.
- Customers have the responsibility of verifying the accuracy of shipping information that they give when making orders.
3. Delivery Timelines
- The time frame of delivery is estimated to be 3-10 business days depending on the location of delivery and the courier accessibility.
- Delivery schedules are approximate and can be influenced by the forces which the Company cannot control or completely comprehend such as weather conditions, transport delays, regulatory issues or logistics.
The Company will not be responsible for delays by third-party logistics providers.
4. Delivery Attempt and Acceptance
The shipping address submitted by the customer shall be used to attempt delivery.
- In case the delivery fails because of wrong address information, inaccessibility of the recipient or refusal to take the delivery, any extra costs, in addition, will be charged to the customer.
- Delivery will be considered complete when the order is received by the recipient or any other authorized individual at the delivery address.
5. Damaged or Lost shipments

- The Company should be notified of any evident damage, leakage, tampering or loss of any item within 24 hours of delivery.
- Any non-reporting of such issues within the set period will amount to acceptance of the good condition of the order.
6. Shipping Charges
- In the event of shipping, the charges will be explicitly communicated upon the checkout.
- Once shipping fees are paid, they cannot be refunded, unless otherwise indicated.
